Table-based POS
Floor and table layout, orders per table, split bills and tips.
Orders to the kitchen
Orders print on the kitchen or bar printer, and with Odoo Enterprise they can also appear on a kitchen screen.
QR code ordering
Guests can view the menu and order from the table on their phone, if you want to offer it.
Fiscalization
POS receipts are fiscalized through the MAXCODE fiscalization module, with ZKI and JIR codes on the receipt.
Recipes and stock
A dish is set up as a bill of materials, so each sale consumes ingredients from stock and shows the cost per dish.
Purchasing
Purchase orders to suppliers based on stock levels and agreed minimums.
Multiple venues and seasonal staff
With several locations, each has its own POS and warehouse, and management sees sales and costs per venue.
Seasonal staff are managed in Odoo HR, and payroll is covered by the MAXCODE Croatian payroll module.
When is Odoo not the right choice?
If you run one small venue with one register and software that works well, switching probably does not make sense.
For a hotel, Odoo is not a property management system for room reservations and sales channels. The hotel system stays, and Odoo can be used for the restaurant, purchasing and accounting.
