Our goal is to deliver a functional system without unpleasant surprises, with clear deadlines and controlled costs.
1. Analysis and discovery
Before any implementation, we go through:
products, variants, and BOM structures
sales and production flows
integrations (Shopify, Amazon, logistics)
user roles and responsibilities
Based on that, we definethe real scope of the first phase.
2. Sprint planning
We deliver the project throughshort, clearly defined sprints:
each sprint has an agreed scope
clear goals and expected outcomes
review and confirmation before proceeding
This approach allows for flexibility, but also control.
3. Implementation and testing
Development and configuration are carried out gradually:
we use standard Odoo wherever possible
custom development only when justified
continuous testing in a staging environment
The client has visibility into progress at every step.
4. Delivery and go-live
Before production:
we conduct final testing
we prepare documentation and instructions
we ensure controlled deployment
The system is put into operationonly when it is ready for actual use.
5. Changes and upgrades
New ideas often arise during the project.
We consider such changestransparently, with an assessment of the impact on time and budget, and we agree on the next steps.
